I have seen Dr Shea since 2014 and was happy to see him in this new office. It is difficult to reach them by phone but they are all VERY nice in person. Dr Shea is very smart as well as kind. I have a rare syndrome and his help is invaluable to me. If you need a doctor who will listen to you then Dr Shea is your doctor.

Went there today for a severe headache that's lasted 4 days. The young woman at the front desk is not friendly and was on her cell phone instead of helping me. I was the only one in the waiting room and I was called back in roughly 15-20 minutes. I spent about 10 mins with the nurse taking my vitals and then Dr. McNichol, the Chief Medical Officer, entered the exam room. He's a very jovial, boisterous man with tons of personality. He examined me and asked quite a few questions before determining the appropriate treatment. He was dead-on and within 2 hours I was feeling some relief. I only give the two stars because the lady at the front desk is a grumpy, crotchety, snappy , power hungry mean old lady. Two people walked out because of her attitude. The back staff was very nice and friendly. The front desk lady……..completely different story. Not sure if I would ever go back. Only reason I stayed is because she already took my copay money.
