We had a very last minute, late-day, urgent need for a notary. Mia quickly returned our message and was at our door within 30 minutes. She was thorough and careful in her review and notarization of our contract. We made our tight deadline because of Mia's help! Highly recommend, and we will use her services again in the future.
We worked with Karla Del Monaco to purchase our home in the 30A area. What a great experience! From the get go she was the perfect real estate agent - took time to understand our needs, listened to our wishes then guided us through the house selection process. As we moved on to buy a home, she was again a great facilitator to the process and kept us informed and on top of everything. She is great to work with and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.

Our realtor, Needa Brannon, was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating to our needs, and since we were buying while still living out of town, she was awesome about visiting the property and identifying issues we wouldn't have otherwise caught. We were blessed to have found her and would use her services again.
