Leah was great for my barber and my wife had Kate. We were both quite happy. Mine was pretty easy as I have no hair to speak of and Kate did an amazing job listening to what my wife wanted. Great place we'll recommended.
Front desk person hits me up with no appointments available, and it was not quite 4:30 pm... Website invites walk-ins and states they are open until 5 pm.... Same thing yesterday, since all the chairs had been cleaned up, eventhough it wasn’t quite 4:40 pm and told me to come back today...
Lady, I think her name was Donna, told the young woman she would cut my hair....
Don't advertise and then turn people away who actually are inside your time frame and doing what he/she was told to do the day before...
That young lady definitely has an attitude problem. Would have been 5 star if not for her.....
Kathy fixed my hair from the last horrible cut I got at another facility. I told her what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and she fixed me. I'm very happy. I have way curly hair. I highly recommend! Now I can grow it to the style I am trying to get bc it has the proper layers and texture.
