Christi is the absolute best! She knows her stuff and gives the best clinical massage. She has helped me with a painful frozen shoulder as well as being super knowledgeable in overall good health. I highly recommend her!!
I've had many massages in the past but had quit getting them since I had extensive back surgery and subsequent medical issues and was afraid of further problems. Then a friend recommended Christi-Lee. I made an appointment and at the first session, she listened to all of my issues and asked good questions and was really interested in helping me feel better. Her massages are targeted to your body and your issues. She communicates and asks questions as she is doing her work, and at no time wants you to feel uncomfortable or hurting. Christi-Lee is the most highly skilled massage therapist I’ve ever experienced and I’m a PhD RN who has had massages for over 20-years! She has the ability to combine massage cupping ointments and essential oils in a manner that detects what your body needs using a trigger point approach that is unique and common sense. She also provided common sense suggestions in a manner that makes you want to take better care of yourself. I’ll be back on a regular basis! ?
