Hayley was a super stellar Dr.'s assistant. She made me feel at ease and didn't miss a beat in Dr. Patel's complicated procedure. I have full confidence too of Dr. Patel's myriad of skills. From noticing subtle cues marking an enormous infection hidden under my tooth below the gum line to deftly extracting the tooth and cleaning up the infection Dr. Patel showed he is the best at what he does. By far the best experienceive ever had at any dental practice! Everyone was so welcoming, very professional and explained all my options. 5 stars doesnt do justice for me! I will always come back to this location!
I was taken in for my appointment at my appointment time without any lateness at all. The tech who did my x-rays was really pleasant and personable and considerate their name was Alen. The dental hygienist was proficient and gentle, and was very clear in her explanations of what she found. The dentist was personable and not push it at all. The office manager was also pleasant and explained each recommended treatment and the cost without any pressure. I was provided with a full printout with an itemized list of everything that was recommended and the cost. My son-in-law is a specialty dentist and I reviewed all the recommendations with him.
