“I found Dr. Pav by searching for “chiropractors near me” on Google because I was experiencing the worst neck pain. It was SUPER stiff, and felt like a pinched nerve. I would randomly get shooting sharp pains that ran down my neck into my shoulder blade. I had been dealing with this neck pain for almost a month. I came in on a Tuesday and told Dr. Pav that my pain was a 9/10. She recommended I try a Shockwave Therapy treatment and then a session on the Hydro-Massage Bed. She then lightly adjusted my upper back and neck. I went home feeling a tad better, but fairly sore. The next day I was very sore and achy still, but feeling a little better. I came in on Friday for a massage special with TK after Dr. Pav suggested I get a professional massage done by a massage therapist and let me tell you, It was THE BEST massage of my life !! I left feeling so relaxed and didn’t have any achy muscles in my body. My neck was still a TINY bit achy, so I made an appointment to follow up with Dr. Pav on Monday. I came in and did a session on the Hydro-Massage Bed and then a session on the Traction Table (chefs kiss 💋) and then I was adjusted again. I literally rated my pain a 1/10 !!! Within a week, I went from a 9 to a 1 in my pain. I feel incredible, all thanks to Dr. Pav, TK, and all the staff at the Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa !!!! Go see them, you won’t regret it !!“
