I've been going to KB for about 15 years. Always a pleasant experience. Kenny and B are phenomenal. Very friendly, personable, professional, accommodating and make me feel like family. We relocated from Temple Terrace to Fishhawk 5 years ago but I won't go anywhere else for my eyebrow waxing and pedicure so I don't mind the 2 hour round trip. Thank you KB for always providing exceptional service!
Just watched the owner walk out with an umbrella over a customer and help her get into her car while it's pouring down rain. Now that's what I call awesome customer service.
B is the best!!! Very sweet, talented nail tech. Quick, beautiful manicure and pedicure. Kenny does amazing acrylic nails for my daughter. We've been happy customers for years. Clean, professional. Excellent prices. They're fun to hang out with. Very personable.
