Awesome place to work, truly feel at home here. Everyone is awesome from dispatch to the owners. Everytime I have something going on personal they always work around it. If you want the work they definitely have it. Would recommend this company to anybody that truly wants to work and feel appreciated for it.

Their transparency is simply difficult to come by in this industry, I regret not being able to come drive for Sunstate as they currently don’t have anything local and my family situation doesn’t allow me to go over the road at this time!I want to finally take a moment to appreciate Tania Howard for her attention and clear cut professionalism in providing me with all the answers I was seeking for!

I have worked at Sunstate Carriers for 21 years and 9 months. It has been the finest work experience of my 37 plus years in the trucking industry. There are other refrigerated carriers that do a fine job but none finer than Sunstate. I say this because we have the finest customers in the industry and we provide them with the finest service in the industry, which is proven by the number of carrier of the year awards we have received over the years.
