Love this staff! Takes awhile to get in because they are the best!! Doctor diagnosed me with something two other Doctors missed. I get treated like a person here and not a paycheck.
I saw Genesis, the P.A. She was very equipped and knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. Very positive experience. Tiffany called me right in while I was still doing my paperwork. I wasn’t kept waiting long at all. Genesis made helpful suggestion and explained the results of my procedures making it very understandable. Great personnel. Sometimes it is difficult to get through on the phone but you will want to call back. I recommend this Office to take good care of you. And their Surgery Center is directly across from the office making it very convenient.
The office staff and Dr Baskar are amazing. The only issue was the wait time. My appointment this time was at 1 and I didn’t get back till 1:30. The prior appointment took over an hour from arrival to get to the back for the Dr visit. The patient load recently has been more busy, so it is understandable that there are longer wait times. The doctors and the staff are amazing.
