Excellent service during a warranty call to fix the flooring of our bathroom. Both the manager and the contracted were committed to doing the job well and correctly and I appreciated the clear communication even when there were unexpected complications. All in all a great experience.

Recently had some water damage from a PEX line that was chewed on from a rodent above the garage. A friend recommended Florida Fire & Flood who previously used them for storm damage. Contacted them, spoke with Mike and told him it will not be covered by insurance. When Jake and his crew arrived, I knew I was in good hands!!! Contractors are a dime a dozen, but these guys go above and beyond!!! Make them your first call when tragedy strikes.
