My Father had a stroke back in December 2020. We previously been getting physical therapy at our home due to Covid-19. This April we decided to get some outside help and give my Father a new scenery for his rehabilitation. My Father was very nervous and somewhat embarrassed to put his guards down and to show the outside world his physical disability. The first day we went my Dad was given a young enthusiastic full of light trainer named Sydney. He left Core Therapy very happy and eager to comeback. The next time we attended was two day later and my Father got instructions from another young trainer named Ezra. He was super friendly and just as knowledgeable as Sydney. It was especially nice to see Sydney and other trainers at the facility. My Dad was able to correspond with other patients and trainers and really felt at home ♡♡♡♡
