Worst tree company in Florida! If they did not underbid the contract with Duke Energy, this company would be out of business. They make a mess and do not clean it up, they will hide debris on your property and jump your fence. Oh and they NEVER answer the phone. If they are working in your area or near your house, make sure to babysit them.

I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow these people came and destroyed my tree and will not return my call.. they think they got away with this they are in for a rude awakening because I dont forget and they will pay for the damage!!! Shame on you Duke for hiring such a trashy company because their work reflects on you and they are the worst I've ever seen...

I paid to have a truck load of wood chips delivered from Burford's Trees. They took my money and completely ghosted me. They didn't show up on the day it was supposed to be delivered, which was a Thursday. Over the next several days I kept reaching out and they kept saying we will deliver and eventually over the weekend said they'll set something up on Tuesday (Monday was memorial day so I said fine). Then Tuesday rolls around, I'm not hearing back so I reach out yet again, they took down my address and contact info yet again, but then ghosted.
