10/10 Outstanding massage! Not only was he super attentive and detailed the entire 90 minutes, he threw in a bunch of add-ins for free… stretching, cupping, face massage and more. He’s very knowledgeable and professional in his techniques. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

I had the ABSOLUTE best massage I’ve ever had with Mitchell today. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I don’t think I can go anywhere else now, it won’t compare. I also tried cupping for my first time. I feel amazing!!

I had a 30-minute massage with Mitchell on Friday, February 23rd. I am a senior woman, yet an avid golfer. I was not able to get in to see my Sports Physical Therapist for a week, and I had a neck issue that I needed some relief from. So, I read about Strong Hands on Facebook and gave it a chance. He was wonderful and extremely professional. I felt immediate relief. I will definitely use his services again soon and would recommend him to anyone.
