I wanted to say that I have used Optical outlet for several years now. They are very friendly and helpful. Monica has been especially helpful. She is very good at her job and she will go the extra mile to help her patients with any issues.

Monica made a bad situation amazing. I had some nike glasses that broke just four months after purchasing. Unfortunately i had gotten confused and bought the wrong protection so sadly the frames weren't covered despite it just being a,few months. Monica cut thru the red tape and made sure the customer was taken care of. Earning my repeat business in the future. next time i need new glasses, i will be back.
Also Everyone there is always friendly and the service is pretty fast.

The sale associate, Jose Daniel, was extremely friendly, helpful, and assisted all three of us with a smile! He even got seats for all of us to sit together comfortably during the process, while giving us the best deal in town….. BOGO!!!! I highly recommend working with Jose Daniel.
