RJ Leonor was our technician and he was on time, professional, and very friendly. We felt he was honest about the needs of our HVAC system service and we will ask for him and use this company again!

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received when I called One Hour Air Conditioning. The technician RJ was very professional and explained exactly what was going on with my AC. The price to correct the problem was reasonable and he gave me options to make it more cost effective. I would definitely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning to my friends and family without any reservation.

I have a maintenance contract with One Hour so I called them to look at an issue at my brothers house, with his A/C unit. RJ showed up on time, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. He fixed the issue and checked other aspects on the system to ensure everything was working properly. He's VERY knowledgeable and so courteous. I signed my brother up on a maintenance plan with One Hour as well. Love this company!
