Completely opposite of what I asked for. I asked for very minimal natural look, but what I got was no where close to natural. I’m sure they would have looked great on someone else, but that’s not what I asked for. I then left very disappointed, immediately turned around and came back to ask them to fix it and they said there was nothing they can do except cut them down. Then I felt like they were uneven when cut down. I went home and did the best I could to scrub them off.
These are hands down the best lashes I have ever had. I go to Cynthia and she always makes me look great. Why four stars? It would have to be their pricing on fills. No matter what kind of set you have the fill price will be the same. I get a more natural look which makes my fill almost as much as a full set.
I love my natural set of lashes done by Nina. I haven't had the best experience at this place from the two times that I visited, but I will say that the manager definitely worked to make sure that I returned. I do recommend calling to make appointments instead of booking online.
