Overall stay was decent. However the furniture in the bedrooms and community areas could use some updating. The staff needs to be more punctual with their scheduled shifts and off their phones while on duty. I feel as though some staff are lacking empathy and are only here for a paycheck. Ask all questions upfront because Admissions can be misleading.

Best professionals in the industry. These people care a lot about their patients. Healthcare can be a blackhole, but there are good apples ?. There are a lot of good apples here.

The experience was good as far as the techs, therapists, and group facilitators however there was a bait and switch tactic that the representative used in order to get me here which made it harder on my recovery process. I do acknowledge that thanks to the wonderful people who worked with me in the facility I was able to recover in the shortest amount of time possible.
