Always have a good experience here. I was out some frames (I sat on my old ones). The lady there took the frames off the shelf and installed my old lenses while I waited. Thank you , ma'am. PS> I think she was the 1st Sergent who wore that Marine uniform. "Semper Fi!"
The staff was very nice and friendly. Came here to pick out a pair of eyeglasses after my VA eye exam (app only). The last time, I picked the free pair with no upgrades, this time I got the better lens and Ray Ban frames ($25 off frames for the getting upgrade). The pair will ship to my house.
I have used them for years and never, ever had a problem. Friendly and the service is great. Always get two pair, one for reading and one for driving. The VA does not share that information but a veteran may get separate reading and driving glasses and have them tinted at no cost.
