The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center

Recently I had the pleasure of working with the team over at Sylvia Brafman. I had a family member that went through their program and we were very pleased with their level of professionalism and care.They were helpful and very informative every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for the level of support during and after since they have left. I recommend this program to anyone that is struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health. Joe was a great point of contact that got my loved one through the door.

This is an incredible program. If you or a loved one struggling with mental health issues are ready to make a change then this is a great place to start! Grateful for all they do in this community and the services they provide to people wanting to regain their lives.

People go their whole lives living with some sort of internal conflict or turmoil. Something unresolved that has lifelong effects. Luckily for me The SBMHC has helped me do more work in the last couple months than probably most people do in their lives. I struggled tremendously in the beginning as this program is by no means easy but definitely worth every second and every moment, good or bad. There were and will be obstacles but if you accept the help that is offered and let go of any expectations you will come out of this program with a clear head, an open mind and you will become your favorite version of yourself.
