Ms Jaritza was extremely helpful even though I arrived pretty close to closing time and never made me feel rushed. She gave me more options for the frames & lenses I wanted than I believed I had and made the decision easy. She even helped with my contacts order. I'll be back thanks to her wonderful assistance.

I’ve been a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, primarily in NYC locations, and I recently visited this location within Macy’s. I have to say, this location has one of the best Customer Service teams I’ve experienced in years!
