He listened to my story and told me to bring the jacket, even though it was a Friday at 4:30pm. I needed the jacket the next day on Saturday evening for the event. He pressed it for me and did not even charge a special rush rate and I made it to the event wrinkle-free. The woman who assisted me in the shop whom I believe is the owner was very kind, and quick when it came to measures the length that I wanted. I thought it was going to take a few weeks but no. My dress was ready within 5 days I couldn't believe, I have never got something altered so fast! I waited to do my review until I got my dress. AND my dress is PERFECT! She did a phenomenal job. She hemmed my jumpsuit SAME DAY and even took in the waist on my doctor’s coat. I dropped everything off at 10:30am and she was finished by 3pm.
