Darius Came and checked on my Samsung explain the situation and the parts involved took his advice I can live without the water dispenser since the automatic water pitcher works and the ice works no need for a $300 part and the extra labor just for the water dispenser well worth the $55 fee for him coming out

I had Moore Complete come out on site to look at an Oven. They said it would be $395 in parts and to send them the money to order it. After a month and a half they said they part got "lost" and wanted more money. I paid them in full and never received a working part, repair, or refund. Be cautious when working with these guys, they are a fake/scam company.

Never came back to install the part he already charged for. YES i texted no answer. No refund. On top of that he stood me up at least 6 times and everything else he repaired didnt last even a month!BEWARE
