Dereck is phenomenal. His work is outstanding and he couldn’t be any nicer. Not only did he brilliantly complete what I had asked to be done, but he also cleaned up some sloppiness that the builder had left behind. I’m more than happy to have Dereck in my home anytime.
Dereck is the best! such a vibe. I highly reccomend for any electrical services. He was patient, kind & understanding. He answered everything that was asked in a way that could be easily understood & handled my elderly parents with ease, including my father with dementia. My dog has some weird issue with alarm beeps & we were getting smoke/CO detectors installed, which would have those beeps. I let him know my dog might freak out during the tests. He told me before each test happened so I had time to take him on the porch instead of just letting him suffer through it, which really made me happy. He also put on protective coverings over his shoes every time he entered, which was so respectful. The installation itself was very fast & efficient. Instructions for cleaning & when to take them down, etc, were easily relayed & understood. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the services Dereck provided for my parents house. Also, these modern day smoke/CO detectors look really cool lol. 10/10. 100%. 5 stars. Hell, a MILLION stars. Definitely get anything you need done with this company. Request Dereck.
