On a Friday evening I got word there was a problem with one of my generators. I called after hours, they dispatched Masoud within minutes — he called me when he arrived, fixed the issue, and I never had to leave my house. That's the standard they hold themselves to.

Brian and Mosoud did an outstanding job on my install. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Talked me through everything and answered any questions i had. Seth my salesperson was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained all my different options to ensure i got the right unit. The project manager was great to work with and communicated when the install would occur and handled the coordination with the gas company. Very pleased with Power On generators and everyone i dealt with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a whole house generator
