Power On Generators

We live in Havana on the end of the power line several miles from the power station that feeds us. The results is many and longer than normal power outages. :(Power On was great from start to finish on the installation and training about our new whole house generator. It will run the whole house, HVAC and well. :) It is comforting to know we have a warranty and Power On will be providing the preventive maintenance.

I can't brag on John and his team enough. I am currently typing this review while running on back up generator on the Wednesday morning of hurricane Idalia in Tallahassee. I bought my generac 20kw generator from Power On nine years ago when I built my house. It will run my entire home on city natural gas including AC. I also signed up for the annual service contract with Power On. They come out once a year to keep the unit running smoothly.I have never had a problem with the unit until the night before the largest hurricane to hit Tallahassee in history. Very professional, responsive, and customer oriented. they kept me posted on the progress of getting my Generator installed. They had 2 sub-contractors, plumbing and electrical, which were also great to work with. Very pleased all way round.
