We could not have been more pleased with the attention, honesty and degree of service we received from Neal and his team at Ultracool. Neal was recommended by another Air Conditioning service company who was unable to provide a replacement for us within the timeframe needed. That person explained to Neal the work that needed to be done, however, Neal insisted on viewing our situation himself and arrived first thing the very next day. After inspecting our equipment, he provided an assessment that was incredibly honest and made recommendations that were in our best financial interest.
