My 90 year old grandmother with dementia was at Springtree Rehab for about 4 weeks to recover from a fall and hip fracture/surgery. Our family was extremely anxious about putting her in any kind of facility because of her dementia, limited English and never having been away from her home. We did a lot of research and visited the facility. Ultimately we chose Springtree because they don't close and we had access to see and be with her 24/7, initially we were even staying the whole night as she became acquainted. Most other facilities had specific visiting hours. Administration was also very helpful, communicative and worked out a payment plan for out of pocket expenses.... read full review

Yes it was hard. Mom is 88 after abdomina surgery. After some tweaking , settling in and understanding, mom felt like everyone was amazing. Shout out to Estelle, Miriam, Ricardo, Patience, Narica, and everyone else. Thank you

Staying away will keep you living longer. The doctor there should not be practicing medicine. Poor choice of medication, administered 4x the amount off a prescription MORE than moms prescribing physician, causing edema in each leg weighing 6lbs each Now after 30 wasted days at SPRINGTREE mom cannot walk, transfer herself from any chair or bed, and need much assistance to the bathroom. DOCTOR SET MOM BACK FOREVER on the positive side. Ricardo, Lily, and Carol should be recognized by Springtree for outstanding dedication in helping others. Thank you to them only
