“Honestly the best chiropractor I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been having chiropractic services since 2018. I’ve seen a few different chiropractors. I’ve torn every ligament in the right side of my neck. I’ve had a few herniated disks in my back, etc. bulging disk in my head.
Dr. Valentine is to most educated and patient doctor I have seen yet. I kept switching until I found the right chiropractor that actually cared and wanted to help me feel better, not slightly to where I have to continue to keep coming back every other day. He wants his patients to heal. He always is so knowledgeable about almost anything you speak about. He’s gifted me a book that has helped me a lot called “The Power of Now”. Now I am pregnant and he still is adjusting my back accordingly. He can even adjust my nose (it broke it the car accident). No other chiropractor will do all of this. This is a man who is not greedy. He’s passionate about healing people. And he’s the nicest person ever. My own family hasn’t even taken the time to care about my injuries and talk to me about them as much as we discuss my healing and worries from my injuries. He is even super knowledgeable about the pregnancy and how to adjust the body accordingly. Not just a basic adjust the neck only. And avoid pain. If he can’t do something he will give you advice on what can ease the pain other than the adjustment. I feel like he’s one of the smartest men ever. And I really appreciate him and I’m happy I found his office. His staff is also very sweet and another perk is that they have the healthier lollipops in the office that I can eat (I am intolerant to corn syrup and artificial flavors). They have coffee and water in the waiting room. Take my word for it, you won’t regret this office and doctor. Give him a try! He also has a few tools to use on the back such as a back gun that can pinpoint where the area is bothered and uses extra vibrations to heal it, the machine automatically stops once it fixes that nerves issue. Love love love this place!
I also remember writing a super long review a few years ago but my phone turned off in the middle of it! Lol. I don’t even write reviews, so just know, this chiropractic office is THE BEST! and they take some forms of Medicaid which is surprising! For such an amazing experience !“

Dr. Kemmerlin is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Eligible in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine.Dr. Carrier is Board Eligible in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.For those of you who know me, Dr. Stein, I've been around the community for 40 years now, love what I do and, frankly, I'm seriously good at it. I am an Osteopathic Physician, Quad Board Certified and I have been teaching Residents, Felows and Students since 1985 when I started what is now NSUKPCOM's NMM+1 Residency Program.Every so often we may get a "bad egg" or a young doctor that may not be tuned in regarding patient or staff rapport. It is certainly very rare (as in the case above - "4 year old review") that the patient leaves so disgruntled as to write a poor review. We do not see reviews prior to them being posted so we cannot discard the bad ones. I rarely ask for reviews because many review companies, post only "cream of the crop" reviews. Businesses have discovered how to filter out bad reviews. It is a shame that the review companies actually support this sort of standard.Meanwhile, our company never saw this 4 year old review until it was far too late to comment. So, I am commenting now.The current doctors at our Hollywood Office have been there less than 4 years.Our other offices have not had only 1 review, let alone a single 1 star review. I really do not even know if the reviewer for this office was for real or truthful and, the attending physician has moved on to become a full time medical school professor.I'm sure the patient was disgruntled and our apologies, of course, go out to him, though we had never heard back from him regarding this particular incident.We would love GOOGLE and other review companies to have a statute of limitations on reviews, but I don't think this exists.I figured that after 4 years, the review was no longer legitimate.Thank you for reading this and not letting one review get in the way of you having a great patient experience.Sincerely,Joel D.
