I usually don't write bad reviews. But I just wanted to let people know that after $700+ spent on trying to fix my refrigerator it's not working properly. Granted the fridge seems to be of poor quality. However the company wasn't able to fix it after several attempts continued with problems. The last attempt they charged me $125 for the visit (after coming multiple times before) and in 10 minutes determined that I needed to spend another $350. No way! Enough is enough. I will change my fridge and don't want to call them again. I won't give star because the fridge is so bad. Called in a.m. about my refrigerator not cooling.Tony arrived within the hour.Completely knowledgable, polite,organized.Went to get part,called when on his way back! Refrigerator up and running! Highly recommend Rush Hour Appliance especially Tony!
Very responsive, quick service, and great follow up! Unfortunately my dishwasher could not be fixed but they tried every part from the manufacturer's diagnostic, all of which was refunded to me. Amazingly they even hand delivered a check shortly after. Will definitely use them again!
