They're responsive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us on short notice. Tommy (the technician) was on time and was able to get all the work done in one shot, we were super happy the company sent him. I have nothing but great things to say about Ross Electric . They came out immediately when I called to have my parents old... and I mean old electrical box switched out with new electrical panel. Their service was impeccable.. My 87 year old mother called me and said I have two words to say about those guys "Amazing and Awesome" I would highly recommend their services and Brian their Office manager is awesome! He let me know every step of the way from beginning to end what to expect and how the job was going. I give them a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!!
