Although some of the faces have changed, the service is still the same. I have always enjoyed taking my vehicle there for service. As the commercial says, they DO make you feel like family. Even though it's not close to my home, I will always service my car with Rick Case Kia in Sunrise. My hat's off the their staff.
Rock Case Service Department was great! Lorenzo was very clear in his explanation of what was going to be done to take care of my needs and worked hard to get everything done right.
Leased two cars this year with Rick Case Kia and the sales experience was great both times. That’s why I returned for a second car. This was my first time now getting service on one of my cars and having to deal with the service department for the first time. I can honestly say from experience that the service from the service department was top notch! Julia and Heitor made my experience so much better. They treat you well, you feel like you’re talking to a family member or a friend, keep you updated all the way through, always smiling, always courteous. Zero attitude.
