I was having trouble with my smart locks which I installed myself. That was the issue lol. Kevin came out quickly and fixed my mistakes. He was professional and thorough. I highly recommend him!
Noam came out to take a look at the doors I needed rekeying. He is so very informative and helpful. I scheduled him to return a few days later to rekey my entire house. He is kind, knowledgeable, and followed through with everything he said he would do. My front door is very difficult, but he persevered until it was done correctly. He even took time to make sure I understood everything before he left. Call RG Local Locksmith and if you are in the Portland area, ask for Noam!
