Dealing with a restoration company is intimidating to say the least. We have been dealing with issues since hurricane Ian over a year ago. Finally we have had the opportunity to have our home remediated. From the start I was hesitant as you always hear horror stories, however, Angel Gonzalez and his team were always professional and extremely thorough. They were extremely neat and cautious. I was kept up to date and was made aware of the process that was going to be performed on my house. I never felt I couldn't reach out to Angel while he was at my house or Melanie from the office if I had any questions. Outstanding experience! Melanie and Felipe were super helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend their teams for roof work!!Felipe and his team continued their awesome work to remove all of the water intrusion damage. They executed perfect and left their work super clean.Definitely recommmend!!! ??
