A friend recommended Rain Shield and I couldn't be more pleased. Mario came out to look and measure the house. I received an estimate and diagram within a day. The office staff called for a follow-up and an install date was set. The office staff are professional, accommodating and the process was quick.
The installers called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were aware I had inquired about the downspout locations from the diagram. Couldn't ask for a better experience than we had with Nicholas and the Rain Shield team. From the introductory meeting, the price, and the service all the way through the process, they crushed it in every category. If you need a company to do anything related to gutters, you're foolish if you don't give them a call.
I had them quote me 4 years ago and I saved that email! I liked them so much 4 years ago that I saved the email and reached out to them again 3 weeks ago. The second person came to quote my house and was equally as nice and responsive. This time, I accepted their quote (less than $20 from the first quote 4 years ago - LOVE that!!!) and they booked time with me quickly. The team came and did the job well, picked up anything that was dropped, and even added a small extension to move the water from my place. I don't think that was in the quote and so it was appreciated. Great work, great people, and a great price!
