This is for two visits when the optician helped me and another time when another fellow helped. I've come here more than just those two times since a couple years ago back when my friend raved about him and his wife going here for years. But for the purposes of this review and the stars I'm giving, these two guys rocked customer service for me because my vision is horrible, I am very self conscious about wearing glasses in the first place and getting the correct prescription EXTREMELY **CRITICAL** TO ME living my life. Here for my appointment with Dr. Laurie. First time in this office. Jair was awesome! He helped my daughter and I pick out the glasses that I liked and changes to her current glasses that she liked.Back to pick up my contacts from Dr. Laurie!

They went above and beyond to help me. My frame arm was broken and all I wanted was to swap lenses. Was told that wouldn't happen cause the lens are too small, other places just told me can't do that or that the lenses were too big to swap. Didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get a new pair of glasses and I'm so thankful. I'm sorry for popping up right before closing but the associate did an amazing job
