Words can not describe how thankful I am for having found this office. Since the very first moment I walked in, I felt the difference. Firstly, I was welcomed by an ambiance that is so calm, relaxing, colorful...you feel the positive vibes...Extremely important, who likes to go to the dentist?? Then you are engaged by a group of wonderful people at the front desk...I deal mostly with Daniel, who is one of the most pleasant, patient and polite people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with in a Health Facility. I had a STELLAR experience at this dentist office! I had my 2nd cleaning today 1/25/24 and began the process of Invisalign after my cleaning. Wire to wire the entire staff that assisted me was top notch! Tiffany helped get me fitted for Invisalign and Daniel was my receptionist. Daniel was easy to talk to and work with, while Tiffany helped me out with getting the most out of my Invisalign experience. The office is very well presented and clean. I love this place! Definitely stands out for exceptional customer service. I give this dentist office a solid 10/10!

My new dental insurance was out of network with my previous dentist of 40 years. I was very Leary of changing dentists. I have neglected my teeth like many due to the pandemic but as soon as I met the front office staff, the dental assistants , hygienists and Dr Bella Kramer I felt at ease and comfortable. Dr Kramer has amazing bedside or drillside manner but as soon as it comes to doing work on your teeth or discussing your treatment plan, she’s all professional and a perfectionist.
