My experience with Jhoan and his team was great, until i paid the remainder of my balance before 100% of work was completed. On day 2 of the closet installation i gave him the rest of the payment, thinking that the work will be completed that day. Jhoan personally came to discuss other projects with me and I was under impression that we will continute to work together in the future. I trusted him and gave him a check after he said everything will be completed. At the end of the day he said jewelry inserts and tie racks along with hooks on the wall will be installed a bit later as they are custom made. That was at the end of October 2023. I have made numerous calls/texts/emails requesting to complete the job or return $400 for jewelry inserts and tie rack and hook installation. I never heard back from him and its Feb 2024. So he basically took my money and didnt complete the job The closets they installed are great, one of closet needed more caulk and i thought they will come back to finish. So if you want to take a chance and hire them, go ahead just dont pay fully until every single piece of work is done and expect your calls to not be answered potentially. I was very dissapointed that he treated a client this way and was going to do a lot of projects with them but he proved to be unreliable, took my money and never finsihed the job
