Terry and Alexi came to do an install today that we were in need of and did an immaculate job, new plenums supply unit and returns actually stayed late to finish the job and it was a job well done. Thank you Terry and Alexi and also jack rabbit for be diligent and urgent and will definitely use again in the future. I’ll be very happy to use this business again for my next project. Pay attention consumers cause I’ve used a lot and I’ve had a lot of bad people so this one’s a keeper.

I spoke with customer service representative Olivia, very polite, nice, and understanding of my needs. She was very very helpful with scheduling my visit, she spoke very clearly and professionally… Service guy showed up told me his name was Alfred, he was also very helpful, polite, and very professional! He explained to me what was wrong with my unit inside and outside, explained to me what needed to be done and approximately how long he would need to get the unit back working properly and he did just that… Great team!
