I am giving them a 2 and a not a 1 or zero because I've used them for many years with their providing excellent service. But something happened last year, I don't know if it's a change in ownership or management but the service is now awful. My clothes have come up missing numerous times and just nasty customer service in addition to the store smelling like it's vomit inducing.

I have used this cleaners for over 10 years and never had a problem that wasn't corrected. You may note from the picture on this listing that men's shirts were $1.29. They are now $1.69. I think they have new owners now. I have used them several times lately and its all new personnel. The problem began on my last visit. I took in about 15 men's shirts for laundry. The attendant counted them out and I paid in advance. I picked up my shirts and took them home. When taking them out of the plastic I noticed one was folded over a hanger, not like the others. Upon inspection I found a whole torn under the arm, about 2X2". I went back to the cleaners and... read full review
