Dr. Dan's has great customer service!!! I unfortunately lost my insurance so I called to inquire about how much it would be to replace a lens that was scratched. She said oh don't worry, your glasses are under warranty! The lens was ordered and a couple days later they called me to set up an appointment to come in. They said it would take 30 minutes but it only took like 15, I was in and out!
