Dr. Barbara Goldstein has been my dermatologist for almost ten years. She has been very caring, friendly, and warm. She is also very professional. I have a positive reviews for her assistants as well.
My wife called to schedule an appointment for her mom. She said Dee, who answered the phone, went above and beyond to accommodate her schedule. She provided thorough instructions on what to bring and detailed exactly how to find the building. Fantastic customer service! My wife said it’s the best she has received from any medical office in years! Definitely a great first impression.
I come to the office and they tell me that they need my insurance. I am a establish patient and I tell them that is the same one I have had for the time that I been here. Turns out they never verify the insurance. I told the front desk that is very irresponsible that they don’t verify the insurance before the patient comes in or even call if the patient if the insurance is inactive. You guys really need to hire a insurance verification specialist to avoid this issues!
