I come to the office and they tell me that they need my insurance. I am a establish patient and I tell them that is the same one I have had for the time that I been here. Turns out they never verify the insurance. I told the front desk that is very irresponsible that they don’t verify the insurance before the patient comes in or even call if the patient if the insurance is inactive. You guys really need to hire a insurance verification specialist to avoid this issues! Because even if I didn’t had my insurance you guys should of been verify through availity and get the id number for your superbills. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Hull! She was a complete life saver when it came to my severe psoriasis. She worked with me to ensure I was on the very best medicine possible. She is thorough at all of my check ups and always takes the time to listen to any concerns that I have. I wish that I could find a primary that was as caring as she is. Toni is also wonderful and takes care of all of my prescriptions in a timely manner. Love this place. :)

I have been seeing Dr. Soro for about 9 months. I read a lot of reviews before choosing her because I had had pretty bad experiences with dermatologists in the past and I’m glad I did. My skin is doing better and my experience with Dr. Soro has been great. She does a great job of listening to my concerns. She’s attentive and explains things well when needed. Her staff is also awesome. Everyone is really nice and I feel that my skin is in good hands
