The spa offers a variety of services and products, with customers particularly loving the product line, which helps keep their cookie together. While some clients have had mixed experiences with specific services like the Brazilian wax, the overall atmosphere is considered very nice and clients often feel comfortable. Recently, there have been requests for more transparency about the steam herbs, as some customers have had difficulty getting answers regarding their availability. It's important to note that the spa has been temporarily closed for renovations, and communication about this closure has been lacking. However, clients continue to praise the amazing products and the convenient location, ensuring they will return.

Wish they would be more transparent about the steam herbs. Bought a steam seat because I could get my herbs from the store. Every time I ask I get no answers from the instagram even though they’ll answer some others. If it’s not coming back just say that. They sell some amazing products.
