I called Angel about a window glass repair on a Tuesday morning at 9:45 AM, by 2 PM the same day he was at my house to give me an estimate. The next morning at 10 AM his guys were here to do the repair. Outstanding, fast service! 10/10!

We recently hired Clarks Modern Solutions to reseal my roof at 4495 NW 9 ST (10 unit apartment building), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and completed the job ahead of schedule. I noticed an immediate improvement in my building's insulation, and I’m confident the work will help extend the life of my roof. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality roof maintenance, I highly recommend Clarks Modern Solutions!
