I am a property manager/Maintenance manager we have use Clark’s Modern for many of our properties. Very professional, very quick response and takes care of the problem. Never had to call him out for a problem, we had in the past so he could do the job again, in other words his guys when they go out there the first time they get it done correctly. We have also used him to stucco and window sealing. They have done a great job in those areas too. If I would recommend a roofer this is my go to company.
