I've been a patient at Miami Urgent Care and Family Practice for a few years, and my most recent visit was the first one since the pandemic began. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the appointment was. I only waited about five minutes before being taken to my room to meet with the PA. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and they made sure to verify my insurance would cover the pap smear, so I wouldn't incur any additional costs. The nurse and PA were both attentive, compassionate, and made me feel genuinely cared for.
I have been going to Miami Urgent Care and Family Practice for a couple of years now. My last visit last month was my first visit since the pandemic started. I was so surprised by how fast and efficient my visit was. I only waited 5 minutes before they took me into my room to see the PA. Everyone at the front desk was so kind. They triple checked that my insurance would cover my pap smear appointment so I wouldn't have to pay anything extra. The nurse and the PA were great listeners and compassionate. I felt welcomed and cared for.
Visiting Miami Urgent Care a few days ago was a great experience, the staff was friendly, patient, and attentive. They have been taken care of without too much time waiting at all. If I ever need medical assistance again, I will definitely come back
