Had to visit Baptist Urgent care last night with an injured finger. Didn't arrive until 8:30 & they closed at 9:00. The staff was amazing. They took their time & made me feel at ease. Dr Pick was the doctor on duty and he was funny, caring and informative. I didn't leave there until 9:30 and they never rushed me.
This is my third visit in last seven months. There has never been a wait and the staff is caring and excellent. I don't have a primary Dr at the moment so this is a lifesaver. The office is high tech and the nurses and doctors have been wonderful.
I am grateful for the help I received this morning. Thank you for your immediate help. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant reassuring and professional. Thank you Baptist Health Urgent Care.
