“Manny is the best barber around by far, I've been going to him exclusively for years now. Even if I moved an hour away I'd still drive to Ruskin to get my hair cut by him. Only place I've gotten my son's hair cut since he was born too. You can tell he's passionate and he always takes his time to make sure you look fresh when you walk back out the door. He wants to be proud of his cuts too and you can tell when he's cutting your hair.“
