Had a great experience with Renu from beginning to end. I called on Monday needing service the same week. I knew it was a long shot but Malin (sp?) was so wonderful, she squeezed me into a Thursday slot. When the cleaning team came, they were friendly, respectful, and very polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and gave me instructions on future maintenance. Really enjoyed working with this company and I wish everyone ran their business this way. It's so hard to find these days but these folks come 100% recommended by me. Thank you Renu!!

Outstanding service! I have used them for the past three years and may carpets never looked better. This year, unfortunately, I had multiple blood stains in my bedroom carpet due to my cat's tumor rupturing. They cleaned the carpet the first time, but some of the stains returned. They came out again and spent over 2 hours making sure they got rid of the stains permanently. Never a charge for a follow up. They also leave a spray bottle of stain remover. It's like a miracle remover, gets rid of all stains. I'm very happy with their dedication and work ethic.

Renu Carpet & Tile Cleaning (Summerfield) did amazing work in my home in The Villages, FLORIDA — the guys began with BR carpets, cleaned a small rug & finished with the tile. All my colors are neutral, but Renu products made everything shine! The Renu office really accommodated my schedule. I had just purchased my home, and Renu made sure to have everything clean and shiny before I moved in. The kitchen & bath grout really needed help, and the guys cleaned and sealed all areas to perfection. Afterwards, they wrote good suggestions to keep my floors looking nice.
