I never write reviews but MuggSuggs Towing deserves one for sure. Tonight around 10:00 my serpentine belt blew up in the middle of the Ocala National Forest.I called in and Chris was there at the exact time the operator said he’d be. I was nervous being mostly without cell service. Hooked my car right up no problems.Chris went off roading in the tow truck to get me out of there. Hills, Ditches, Loose sand you name it. He even took the time to help my buddy out that got stuck following behind.Definitely turned my bad night into a good one, Very friendly dude and was very respectful towards my lady.Hopefully I won’t need a tow again but if I do I know who I’m calling....read full review
Excellent Towing company! Great service. There was NO LONG WAIT! My family and I were heading back home from Orlando. We had a blowout on the expressway at 11:55pm. We reached out to Muggsugg at 12:02 am. By 12:20am we had a tow trucker by the name of Travis pulling up. He was kind, well spoken and very professional. He was fast and efficient. He got us to where we needed to be. We thank you so much Travis!
The other day we had a flat tire and my mom was freaking out because she had to get us to school and she had no other way to get us there. The tow truck driver we had was Chris and he was very nice and polite chris came to our rescue and everything he did just help my family's day to be better and not be as stressful it was the best experience we have had while being towed.
