“When my wife and I hired Fernview to care for our lawn, I was skeptical. I'd already gone through 3 different lawn care companies (Massey, Dean, and an independent) and we'd experienced the same thing from all 3 - a lot of promises and very little follow-through. But, Fernview is different. They have been handling my fertilizing, weed control, and bug control for our yard for about a year now and I must say, I'm extremely impressed. Alex came out for my initial consultation and he was straightforward and knowledgeable right off the bat with me. He continues to come to my home on the regularly scheduled visits - along with Mike D. - and these guys have done GREAT work keeping my lawn looking really good. Not only that, if there's a problem, they talk with me directly - so I know exactly what's happening and what I can do (or whatever they are doing) to repair it. So, hats off to Alex and Mike D. They're awesome. And while I'm at it, I want to also mention the company's receptionist, Nikki. She's always pleasant on the phone - even when I thought there was an issue, she handled it and put my mind at ease right away. You can feel good about hiring this company... They're family run and that makes a HUGE difference.”
