“Demetri and his crew expanded and converted our lanai into a new Florida room with almost 500 square feet, full glass windows overlooking our pond and a beautiful electric fireplace. It was a very complicated project that took almost 5 months and involved removing and extending part of the existing house roof, removing original support posts for the header beams, and connecting everything to the living room and breakfast nook as seamlessly as possible.

Their work was amazing and better than anything any contractor had done for us in all our previous homes. Demetri and Alexa were extremely supportive, and we could join in the design and engineering details to get exactly what we wanted. I don't know any other contractor who has this close a relationship with the client during the initial processes.

Alexa did a great job managing all the contractual details and was very responsive and efficient in everything she did. She was a joy to work with. Ben and Tony also were a joy to work with. They were extremely competent and responsive to all needs and changes that occurred. We couldn't have asked for anything better from the three of them. They made everything come together.

If I could give a grade higher than A+ I would, and I was never a very easy grader. My award of an A+ is a serious Well Done to them.
